Policies

Cancellation Policy Please provide 24 hours advance notice when canceling salon/spa appointments and 2 weeks advance notice when canceling bridal services or spa packages to avoid cancellation charges.

Smart Phones Our time together is important. Especially while in the spa, thank you for turning your smart phones off or to silent mode.

The following questions and answers will help you to make the most of your time at our salon and spa:
To assure timely service to all our clients, we recommend that you check-in 15 minutes prior to the start of any appointment. This will allow enough time for a spa tour, changing into spa attire, and a consultation.
Lockers are provided to you for the safe keeping of your personal belongings. We are, however, not responsible for lost or stolen items and encourage you to keep all valuables with you at all times.
Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance to us. Spa treatments require various levels of undress and our therapists are trained in appropriate methods of draping. Although your therapist will discuss a complete overview of the treatment you will experience, please feel free to ask any questions or make special requests to ensure your own comfort level.
